A program in Appleton has been helping Wisconsin veterans cope with PTSD with art therapy, and their projects are now on display at the Wisconsin Veterans Museum as part of the “WAR:RAW” exhibit. Museum Director Michael Telzrow joins Central Time to tell us about the project.
