This hour, on Here on Earth, Jean Feraca's guest talks about her pilgrimage to Mecca where she and her infant son would face harsh punishment if anyone found out that she is a single mother. But she was determined to follow in the four-thousand-year-old footsteps of another single mother, Hajar (known in the West as Hagar), the original pilgrim to Mecca and mother of the Islamic nation.
