New York Times journalist Nicholas Kristof won the Pulitzer Prize for his reporting on Africa, but after many trips to Africa he needed a new fresh perspective. The winner of his Essay contest would travel with him to Africa. Casey Parks was fortunate to be the journalist chosen. This hour on Here on Earth: Radio Without Borders, Casey Parks joins us to share her stories of North Africa from Equatorial Guinea to Cameroon, Sudan and beyond.
