  Esteemed playwright Eduardo Machado tells his life story –- from his childhood in Cuba during the revolution to his life in America –- through the culinary memories of his homeland.

  • Eduardo Machado, author of "Tastes Like Cuba: An Exile's Hunger for Home." He directs Columbia University's graduate playwriting department and is the artistic director of INTAR, a Latino theater in New York that has been producing plays for three decades.
