Higher benefits contributions won’t make up for cuts, administrators say

A survey of Wisconsin school administrators finds that Governor Scott Walker’s proposal forcing teachers to pay more for health care and pension benefits does not produce enough savings to alleviate the $840 million state aid cut in his proposed budget.
