Joy Cardin:  At least a third of adult siblings in America suffer from relationships with troublesome siblings. That's according to Joy Cardin's guest after eight, who's written a book about sibling strife and how to best deal with it.

Guest:

Jeanne Safer, author of "Cain's Legacy: Liberating Siblings from a Lifetime of Rage, Shame, Secrecy, and Regret." She's a psychotherapist and the former Director of Research at the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health in New York City.
