Joy Cardin:  With the depletion of fossil fuels and the looming threat of global warming, renewable energy resources are becoming more important. After eight, Joy Cardin's guest talks about the advantages of wind energy and how it could revitalize the U.S. economy. Guest: Philip Warburg, author of "Harvest the Wind: America's Journey to Jobs, Energy Independence, and Climate Stability." He's the former president of the Conservation Law Foundation in Boston and previously ran the Israel Union for Environmental Defense in Tel Aviv. He was an attorney at the Environmental Law Institute in Washington D.C.
