Median home prices have risen for five straight months, according to the Wisconsin Realtors Association, and July's sales were up more than 17 percent from the same month last year. The WindSentinel research platform, located in the middle of the lake, is now sending data to researchers on shore. Each year, Americans throw away 40% of their food supply, which amounts to about $165 billion annually. That's according to Ben's guest, who says it's time for businesses, governments and consumers to take steps that would maximize the efficiency of our food system.
