Wisconsin has been a destination for bicyclers since the 1890s. A new exhibit called “Shifting Gears” at the State Historical Museum celebrates the rich history of cycling, and how it has evolved over the years. The exhibit’s curators tell us about some of the must-see attractions. We also explore the importance of overall health instead of medical treatment, and talk to a reporter about the latest news surrounding the Tomah VA Medical Center scandal.

How The Tomah VA Medical Center Scandal Is Affecting The Community
In January the Center for Investigative Reporting broke a story that opioid prescriptions had more than quintupled since 2004 at the Tomah VA Medical Center–and that patients knew the center as “Candy Land” and referred to the Chief of Staff at the “Candy Man” because he allegedly hands out narcotics like candy.
