WPR DAY SPONSORSHIP FORM

Your "Day Sponsorship" announcement will be heard five times - Morning, Late-Morning, Mid-day, Afternoon and Evening - on the day and network of your choice.

If you have already made the minimum contribution of $1,200, please complete and submit the form below. If you haven't already made your contribution, complete the online pledge and return to this page to complete this form.

The purpose of a Day Sponsorship is to acknowledge people or special events such as anniversaries, graduations, weddings, holidays, etc. Day Sponsorships cannot be used for business advertising or for the expression of ideological, theological or political opinions. We will not accept pet names, business names, personal opinions or the promotion of personal causes, events or charities as Day Sponsorships.
