Multi-grain B&B Pancakes

  • ½ cup Flour
  • ¼ cup Whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup Quick oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons Cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons Wheat germ
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 cup Skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons Canola oil
  • 1 large Egg, beaten
  • ½ cup Fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup Fresh strawberries
  1. Combine flours, oatmeal, cornmeal, wheat germ, baking powder, salt and sugar. Stir in milk, oil and egg; mixing well.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto 400-degree griddle. Cook about 2 minutes on each side or until pancakes are golden brown, turning to second side when pancakes have bubbly surface and edges are slightly dry.
  3. Top pancakes with blueberries and raspberries.
