Later this week, lawmakers will hear arguments for and against a bill that would make it legal to sell raw, or unpasteurized, milk in Wisconsin. The state has stepped up its enforcement of the current ban on sales, and that's making raw milk supporters push even harder to overturn it. It's illegal to buy or sell unpasteurized milk in Wisconsin, though lawmakers are considering changing that this year.
