Hundreds of anti-tax advocates and union members traded verbal taunts at competing rallies outside the Wisconsin capitol building yesterday. The group "Americans for Prosperity" planned their side of the skirmish weeks ago as a way to urge lawmakers not to raise any taxes in the state budget.
