RUBIO CALLS INDIANA CANDIDATE'S REMARKS "UNFORTUNATE"
WPR News - Rubio Calls Indiana Candidate's Remarks "Unfortunate"
Friday October 26, 2012 by Chuck Quirmbach

Florida Republican Sen. Marco Rubio came to Waukesha Thursday to speak at a rally aimed at boosting turnout for the Romney-Ryan ticket. Rubio then met with the news media and was asked about the GOP Senate candidate from Indiana who said this week that a pregnancy from rape is something God intended to happen. Rubio calls the remarks "unfortunate".

Rubio says the Indiana candidate, Richard Mourdock was right to apologize for the remarks. Democrats say Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney should withdraw his endorsement of Mourdock.
