Ranking officer shares concerns over war, returning soldiers

Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Michael Mullen was in Wisconsin today. He says pullback of military operations in Afghanistan will begin later this year. But he says he’s concerned about the ongoing death toll overseas, and the status of veterans in the U.S.Chuck Quirmbach reports.
