Special Guest Speaker – Txoua Xiong, representative of the Hmong 18 clans for Wisconsin.
He just returned from Thailand. Txoua and other Hmong leaders went to Thailand to deal with the issue that Thai and Chinese dug more than 900 Hmong grave in the temple of Ban Wak Thakobok. Hmong people want to know why that has happened.
