Republican lawmakers make some changes to Walker’s budget

The Republican majority in the state Assembly have made some changes in Governor Walker’s proposed budget that will keep federal trasportation and broadband internet funds flowing in to the state. They also plan to add the controversial collective bargaining limits to the budget bfore the floor debate in the assembly begins later this afternoon. Gilman Halsted reports.
