Wisconsin Public Radio’s 2008 Spring Sweepstakes

Official Rules and Regulations

 

  1. No contribution is necessary to enter or win a prize in this sweepstakes.
  2. Only one entry per household is allowed.  Void where prohibited.  Open only to legal residents 18 years or older from the United States and Canada.
  3. To enter WPR’s 2008 Spring Sweepstakes, you must do one of the following:

                                                               i.      Pledge online during the following time period:

1.       All online pledges made from 4/1/08 – 05/28/08 will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes.

2.       To pledge online, go to www.wpr.org and click on “Membership Information” from the home page.

                                                             ii.      Complete/return the official Fall Sweepstakes entry form

     (sent to WPR Members in early April, 2008)

                                                            iii.      Mail a 3x5 card with your name, address and phone to:

  1. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CDT on Wednesday, May 28, 2008.
  2. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on Monday, June 2, 2008.
  3. The list of winners will be posted at www.wpr.org/sweepstakes by Friday, June 13, 2008 and will remain posted no less than 14 days. If you would like a list of the 2008 Spring Sweepstakes winners sent to you, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

  1. Employees of Wisconsin Public Radio, UW-Extension, the Educational Communications Board, their service providers, those involved in the development, production (including prize donors), implementation and distribution of this sweepstakes, including their officers, directors, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, and representatives and any other person/entity associated with WPR’s Sweepstakes including their immediate families and members of their same households are ineligible for sweepstakes prizes.
  2. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Wisconsin Public Radio and will not be returned.
  3. Winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or email.  If potential winner cannot be reached after 10 days from first notification attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
  4. Wisconsin Public Radio and its entities and staff are not responsible or liable for multiple entries, entries completed or entered by other than human means or entries that are late (including delayed data transmission), tampered with, illegible, mutilated, forged, destroyed, incomplete, garbled, lost, misdirected, mechanically duplicated, mass machine printed, postage-due, or otherwise not in compliance with Official Rules – and all such entries will be disqualified.
