Tom’s Asparagus (recipe from listener, Tom Bennett)
- 1 Tbs butter
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 3 cups fresh asparagus, cut into 1-inch lengths
- 1 Tbs minced garlic
- 1/2 Tbs salt
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 Tbs honey

1. Mix honey and soy sauce and set aside.
Heat the butter and olive oil in a large frying pan on medium to high heat.
2. Add garlic and salt, wait 2 minutes
Add asparagus and sauté 8 minutes
3. Add soy sauce/honey mix and sauté for 1 minute
4. Transfer to serving dish. Enjoy!
