Is Wisconsin a Tax Hell? As many Wisconsinites scramble to get their taxes in by midnight tomorrow, do you wonder if our taxes are too high? Peter Donalds speaks with a guest who says “Absolutely!"; and in the second half hour, with a guest who says, “No.” Guests: 4:00 - Jeff Schoepke, director of tax and corporate policy at Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce. He is author of an editorial piece which ran in Sunday’s Wisconsin State Journal, under the heading "Wisconsin’s Tax Hell: Myth or Reality?", his argument was “Tax Freedom comes later in State.” 4:30 - Jack Norman, research director of the Institute for Wisconsin’s Future. He is the author of a cover story which ran in Isthmus, “Are Wisconsin’s Taxes Too High?”

Once you click on the "Start Download Now" button below, the download dialog window may not appear for several seconds. Do NOT click on the button more than once or your download request may be refused.

When you start the download, several dialog boxes may appear on your screen:

If a "file download" box appears, simply click the "SAVE" button.
If a "Save-As" box appears, locate a folder where you want to save the MP3 program file and click "SAVE".
Some browsers will automatically save the file to a pre-determined location (often to your desktop or Documents folder).
A "Download Progress" box may appear showing the file downloading to your PC. When the download is completed, you may receive a final "Download Complete" indication. You can then CLOSE this dialog box.
Mac Users: iTunes may automatically launch and start playing the file after it's downloaded.
