| Sherman Alexie joins John Munson after four to discuss growing up on a Spokane Indian Reservation, and issues surrounding diversity and racial identity.
Guest: Sherman Alexie, poet, filmmaker, and author, “The Lone Ranger and Tonto Fistfight in Heaven,” “Ten Little Indians,” “Flight,” and most recently “The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian.” Mr. Alexie will be appearing tomorrow night (Thur) at 7pm at Schwartz Bookshop in Shorewood, and Oct. 5 at 6 pm at the University of Wisconsin – Superior as part of their “Building a Community of Respect” series.
