President Obama delivers his State of the Union Address this evening. After four, Ben Merens and his guests discuss what the President may say tonight, and why this address is critical to the next stage of Obama’s presidency. He was a veteran staffer of the Eisenhower and Nixon administrations and an advisor to Presidents Ford and Carter. -Peverill Squire, Hicks and Martha Griffiths Chair in American Political Institutions at the University of Missouri.

Please note however that you may not sell, edit or otherwise modify the content of these programs. Also we must limit each visitor to 20 downloads per day. Once you click on the "Start Download Now" button below, the download dialog window may not appear for several seconds. Do NOT click on the button more than once or your download request may be refused.

When you start the download, several dialog boxes may appear on your screen:

If a "file download" box appears, simply click the "SAVE" button.
If a "Save-As" box appears, locate a folder where you want to save the MP3 program file and click "SAVE".
Some browsers will automatically save the file to a pre-determined location (often to your desktop or Documents folder).
A "Download Progress" box may appear showing the file downloading to your PC. When the download is completed, you may receive a final "Download Complete" indication. You can then CLOSE this dialog box.
Mac Users: iTunes may automatically launch and start playing the file after it's downloaded.
