After 17 days of protests in Cairo, President Hosni Mubarak announced he will not step down as President of Egypt before elections in the fall. After four, Ben Merens and his guest discuss Mubarak's statement and the reaction of the protesters in Tahrir Square in Cairo. Guest: Eric Trager, PhD candidate, University of Pennsylvania, former Fulbright Fellow to Egypt, and online contributor to The Atlantic, The New Republic, and Foreign Affairs magazines on the Egyptian protest movement.

Please note that the amount of time required to download a one-hour WPR program will vary depending on the speed of your internet connection. See the table (right) for estimated download times.

Once you click on the "Start Download Now" button below, the download dialog window may not appear for several seconds. Do NOT click on the button more than once or your download request may be refused.

When you start the download, several dialog boxes may appear on your screen:

If a "file download" box appears, simply click the "SAVE" button.
If a "Save-As" box appears, locate a folder where you want to save the MP3 program file and click "SAVE".
Some browsers will automatically save the file to a pre-determined location (often to your desktop or Documents folder).
A "Download Progress" box may appear showing the file downloading to your PC. When the download is completed, you may receive a final "Download Complete" indication. You can then CLOSE this dialog box.
Mac Users: iTunes may automatically launch and start playing the file after it's downloaded.
