69% of voters believe super PACs should be illegal, according to a new poll out today. But how much do we really know about these political action committees, and are they good or bad for our democracy? Today after four, Ben talks to a supporter of super PACs, who says they help increase voter knowledge of candidates and issues, as well as voter turnout. Then after four-thirty, Ben talks with a guest who says super PACs are "kryptonite for democracy in the United States" and are undermining political equality. Guests: - Brad Smith, chairman and co-founder of the Center for Competitive Politics, former chairman of the Federal Election Commission - Adam Lioz (LEE-ahz), lawyer and policy advocate at the Demos Democracy Program, co-author of the report, "Auctioning Democracy: The Rise of Super PACs & the 2012 Election"

Once you click on the "Start Download Now" button below, the download dialog window may not appear for several seconds. Do NOT click on the button more than once or your download request may be refused.

When you start the download, several dialog boxes may appear on your screen:

If a "file download" box appears, simply click the "SAVE" button.
If a "Save-As" box appears, locate a folder where you want to save the MP3 program file and click "SAVE".
Some browsers will automatically save the file to a pre-determined location (often to your desktop or Documents folder).
A "Download Progress" box may appear showing the file downloading to your PC. When the download is completed, you may receive a final "Download Complete" indication. You can then CLOSE this dialog box.
Mac Users: iTunes may automatically launch and start playing the file after it's downloaded.
