| An effort in Congress to enact stricter controls on painkillers has failed. Proponents said the regulations would combat drug abuse, while opponents worried about the increased costs to pharmacies, drug stores...and patients. In this hour, Ben and his guest the failed proposal, and what needs to happen now to combat prescription drug abuse.
