In just days, many of us will be glued to our televisions to watch the Olympic Games...and while we might be clear on the rules of the more popular events, we might not be up to speed on the intricacies of events like handball, the triple jump or taekwando. Ben's guest has researched each event taking place in London...and has tips on maximizing your enjoyment of the Summer Games. Guest: Johnny Acton, co-author of the book, "How to Watch the Olympics: The Essential Guide to the Rules, Statistics, Heroes, and Zeroes of Every Sport."

Downloaded programs can be played at any time in the future from your PC, copied and played on your portable MP3 player or even burned onto CD's for playback in your car or home stereo. Please note however that you may not sell, edit or otherwise modify the content of these programs. Also we must limit each visitor to 20 downloads per day. Please note that the amount of time required to download a one-hour WPR program will vary depending on the speed of your internet connection. See the table (right) for estimated download times.

Once you click on the "Start Download Now" button below, the download dialog window may not appear for several seconds. Do NOT click on the button more than once or your download request may be refused.

When you start the download, several dialog boxes may appear on your screen:

If a "file download" box appears, simply click the "SAVE" button.
If a "Save-As" box appears, locate a folder where you want to save the MP3 program file and click "SAVE".
Some browsers will automatically save the file to a pre-determined location (often to your desktop or Documents folder).
A "Download Progress" box may appear showing the file downloading to your PC. When the download is completed, you may receive a final "Download Complete" indication. You can then CLOSE this dialog box.
Mac Users: iTunes may automatically launch and start playing the file after it's downloaded.
