Sharing your secrets can be good for you but also very hard to do. The Post Secret project is designed to let people share their most private thoughts and secrets...and millions have. Today Ben Merens talks with the project's founder and hears some of your secrets. Guest: Frank Warren is the author of PostSecret, My Secret, The Secret Lives of Men and Women, A Lifetime of Secrets, and Post Secret: Confessions on Life, Death, and God. He started Post Secret as a community art project in 2004.

Downloaded programs can be played at any time in the future from your PC, copied and played on your portable MP3 player or even burned onto CD's for playback in your car or home stereo. Please note however that you may not sell, edit or otherwise modify the content of these programs. Also we must limit each visitor to 20 downloads per day. Please note that the amount of time required to download a one-hour WPR program will vary depending on the speed of your internet connection. See the table (right) for estimated download times.

Once you click on the "Start Download Now" button below, the download dialog window may not appear for several seconds. Do NOT click on the button more than once or your download request may be refused.

When you start the download, several dialog boxes may appear on your screen:

If a "file download" box appears, simply click the "SAVE" button.
If a "Save-As" box appears, locate a folder where you want to save the MP3 program file and click "SAVE".
Some browsers will automatically save the file to a pre-determined location (often to your desktop or Documents folder).
A "Download Progress" box may appear showing the file downloading to your PC. When the download is completed, you may receive a final "Download Complete" indication. You can then CLOSE this dialog box.
Mac Users: iTunes may automatically launch and start playing the file after it's downloaded.
