| Late last week, a Dane County judge ruled that Wisconsin's collective bargaining law violates the state and US constitutions. While the law is still in place for state workers, it no longer applies to city, county and school workers. In the first half of the program, Ben and his guest discuss the legal background of this case. Then in the second half, Ben and his guest discuss the political implications of Act 10's overruling.
Guests:
- Jolly Emrey (EM-ree), Associate Professor of Political Science, UW-Whitewater; one of her areas of expertise is law and courts
- Mordecai Lee, Professor of Governmental Affairs, UW-Milwaukee |
