| These days, the world doesn't seem to stop... and we're expected to be "on" 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. But according to Ben's guest, it's time to revert to a "24/6" lifestyle, and implement a "Stop Day" into our busy schedules to make us more physically and emotionally healthy.
