| Today the Indiana Senate will take a final vote on the so-called "right to work" bill. If it passes Indiana will become the 23rd state in the nation to pass such legislation, and the first to do so in the last 10 years. After ten, Kathleen Dunn and her guest discuss the bill, what it means for unions, and Indiana businesses.
Guest: Ann C. Hodges, Professor of Law, University of Richmond. |
