Today the Indiana Senate will take a final vote on the so-called "right to work" bill. If it passes Indiana will become the 23rd state in the nation to pass such legislation, and the first to do so in the last 10 years. After ten, Kathleen Dunn and her guest discuss the bill, what it means for unions, and Indiana businesses. Guest: Ann C. Hodges, Professor of Law, University of Richmond.

Once you click on the "Start Download Now" button below, the download dialog window may not appear for several seconds. Do NOT click on the button more than once or your download request may be refused.

When you start the download, several dialog boxes may appear on your screen:

If a "file download" box appears, simply click the "SAVE" button.
If a "Save-As" box appears, locate a folder where you want to save the MP3 program file and click "SAVE".
Some browsers will automatically save the file to a pre-determined location (often to your desktop or Documents folder).
A "Download Progress" box may appear showing the file downloading to your PC. When the download is completed, you may receive a final "Download Complete" indication. You can then CLOSE this dialog box.
Mac Users: iTunes may automatically launch and start playing the file after it's downloaded.
