The New York Times broke a story this week based on interviews with some three dozen current and former Obama administration officials, concerning the President's handling of the war on terror. After nine, John Munson and his guests discuss the secret "kill list", and the military's use of drones. Guests: 9:00 - Micah Zenko, Fellow, Center for Preventive Action at the Council on Foreign Relations. 9:30 - Ron Suskind, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and author. His books include, "The One Percent Doctrine: Deep Inside America's Pursuit of its Enemies Since 9/11," and "The Price of Loyalty: George W. Bush, The White House, and the Education of Paul O'Neill."

Once you click on the "Start Download Now" button below, the download dialog window may not appear for several seconds. Do NOT click on the button more than once or your download request may be refused.

When you start the download, several dialog boxes may appear on your screen:

If a "file download" box appears, simply click the "SAVE" button.
If a "Save-As" box appears, locate a folder where you want to save the MP3 program file and click "SAVE".
Some browsers will automatically save the file to a pre-determined location (often to your desktop or Documents folder).
A "Download Progress" box may appear showing the file downloading to your PC. When the download is completed, you may receive a final "Download Complete" indication. You can then CLOSE this dialog box.
Mac Users: iTunes may automatically launch and start playing the file after it's downloaded.
