| This fall, gay marriage measures are on the ballot in Minnesota, Maryland, Maine, and Washington State, and the Supreme Court may soon take up one of several gay marriage cases asking for consideration. This hour, Kathleen Dunn and her guest look at the history of gay marriage and the law.
