| The Green Bay City Council will consider a measure today that would ban violent and repeat sex offenders from living in the city. Proponents say it would help protect children and families, but others say it can lead to losing track of offenders altogether. Gene Purcell and his guests discuss the issue and how it's handled throughout the state.
Guests:
- Patty Murray, WPR reporter based in Green Bay.
- Chad Fradette, president, Green Bay City Council.
- Jed Neumann, Department of Corrections field supervisor.
- Linda Morrison, executive director, Wisconsin Coalition Against Sexual Assault. |
