| The White House has eased travel restrictions to Cuba... with more changes ahead. After seven, Joy Cardin gets two perspectives on Cuban-American relations today. Her first guest wants to see normalized relations. Her guest, after seven-thirty, says we shouldn’t ease up on the autocratic Cuban regime.
