| After seven, The Big Question facing Joy Cardin and her guests this week is whether the Department of Natural Resources chief should be appointed by the Governor... or a seven-member board. Last week, the Governor vetoed a bill that would have stripped him of that power. Two state legislators discuss whether the veto should be overridden.
Guests:
- Spencer Black, Democratic State Representative, Wisconsin 77th Assembly District (Madison). Sponsor of a bill that requires a board-appointed DNR secretary.
- Glenn Grothman, Republican State Senator, Wisconsin 20th District (West Bend). Supports a governor-appointed DNR secretary. |
