| August's jobs report was the worst in a year, according to the U.S. Labor Department; no net jobs were added and the unemployment rate remained at 9.1 percent. After seven, Joy Cardin's guest discusses reasons for the dismal announcement, President Obama's upcoming jobs speech to Congress, and when the job climate may improve.
