| A new bill proposed by Republican State Senator Frank Lasee of De Pere would require the Public Service Commission to consider local ordinances when approving wind turbines. After six, Joy Cardin's guest discusses the state of wind power in Wisconsin; after six-thirty, her guest explains her opposition to Lasee's bill.
