This week marks the two-year anniversary of President Obama's health care law. After seven, Joy Cardin is joined by Republican U.S. Senator Ron Johnson of Oshkosh, who says the Affordable Care Act continues to rise in cost and forces other changes that will hurt health care and the economy. After seven-twenty, Joy's guest analyzes the new estimates from the Congressional Budget Office, the upcoming arguments in the Supreme Court and how the health care issue may impact the November elections. When you start the download, several dialog boxes may appear on your screen:

If a "file download" box appears, simply click the "SAVE" button.
If a "Save-As" box appears, locate a folder where you want to save the MP3 program file and click "SAVE".
Some browsers will automatically save the file to a pre-determined location (often to your desktop or Documents folder).
A "Download Progress" box may appear showing the file downloading to your PC. When the download is completed, you may receive a final "Download Complete" indication. You can then CLOSE this dialog box.
Mac Users: iTunes may automatically launch and start playing the file after it's downloaded.
