| This week the House of Representatives will vote on whether or not the Affordable Care Act should be repealed now that it's been upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court. Joy Cardin and her guest discuss the upcoming vote, how states around the country are dealing with the healthcare decision, and how this law could affect the November elections.
