Saturday is Groundhog Day, so folklore will tell us whether spring will come early or if we'll have another six weeks of winter. Either way, you'll still be able to enjoy plenty of great events in Wisconsin this February. Joy Cardin's guest is a travel expert who has some suggestions - for indoors and outdoors - to help you make the most of the shortest month of the year. Events sampler: http://wpr.org/r/?1012 Guest: Gary Knowles, Upper Great Lakes columnist, Journal & Topics Newspapers; Contributing Travel Editor, The American BoomeR online magazine; monthly contributor, "Tell Joy Where to Go" programs.
