What could be more wonderful on a brisk Fall day than biting into warm bread, straight out of the oven, fresh butter melting over its crisp crust? And what better feeling than knowing you baked it yourself? This hour: tips and tricks for baking beautiful bread. Guest: Peter Berley is a chef, cookbook author, and culinary instructor. He teaches at The Institute of Culinary Education and The Natural Gourmet Institute in Manhattan, and also at his own Culinary Studio and Teaching Kitchen on Long Island. He is the author of several books, including the award-winning, "The Modern Vegetarian Kitchen" and "Fresh Food Fast".
