RICKIE'S CABBAGE FUFU
1 Head Cabbage
1 Pound Lean ground beef
1 Cup Chopped onion
½ Cup Instant rice, uncooked
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
3 Cups Tomato juice
3 tsp Grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Spray a 13 x 9 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Spread cabbage in pan. Brown meat with onion; drain fat. Add uncooked rice. Season and stir. Pour tomato juice over and sprinkle with Parmesean cheese. Cover with foil; bake for one and half hours.
