Jack Xaver is a disgraced former superhero who returns to the small Wisconsin town where he grew up. That’s the premise of the new comic book “Local Man,” co-created by Wisconsin native Tom Seeley, who joins us to talk about working collaboratively and independently within the comic book industry.
