Snow will fall on all of Wisconsin between tonight and Thursday evening, with a swath of southern Wisconsin forecast to receive around 16 inches.The National Weather Service has issued blizzard and winter storm warnings for the southern half of the state, with counties farther north under a winter weather advisory.The heaviest snow is expected to fall between 3am and 3pm Thursday.
