Another federal agency agrees to crack down on the threat to the Great Lakes from invasive species

The EPA and conservation groups have reached a settlement to try to limit invasive species fromspreading in the Great Lakes via ships.But the shipping industry says
a lot depends on a new protection standard that is still being developed.
