Black Hawk Folk Music Festival

Black Hawk Folk Society’s 36th annual festival begins with an open mic from 10:30 – noon, followed by hour long sets by Jaspar Lepak, Paper Birds (at 1:10 & 4:45), Mean Mary, and Water Street Hot Shots. Concessions by Mt. Morris Pioneers 4-H Club. Other highlights: A curated arts and crafts show, and a raffle/silent auction fundraiser for BHFS. This is an outdoor event (rain site: Mountain View Community Center), please bring lawn chairs and your usual summer outdoor supplies. Free, on-site parking. Park and restrooms are handicap friendly.
