Civics and Cinema

We are proud to announce “Civics and Cinema,” a new program devoted to sharing classic movies, bringing the community together, and fostering civic conversations. The program is sponsored by the Rivioli Theater, Rebuilding American Civics, and the DB Reinhart Institute for Ethics in Leadership at Viterbo University. Join Sam Scinta (Lecturer, UW La Crosse Political Science) and Rick Kyte (Director, Reinhart Institute) for a brief introduction to the classic Frank Capra film Mr Smith Goes to Washington, followed by a viewing and conversation. Advance tickets are required, and the cost is $5; all proceeds from this showing will be donated to the La Crosse Community Foundation. We hope to see you there!
