- 1 Cup Whole wheat flour
- 1 Cup All purpose unbleached flour
- ¼ Cup Soy flour
- 1 Tbs Baking powder
- 2 Tbs Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ Cup Canola oil
- 2 Eggs
- Enough milk to make a batter
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and add milk to create a batter.
- Cook as you would any traditional pancake.
