  • 1 Cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 Cup All purpose unbleached flour
  • ¼ Cup Soy flour
  • 1 Tbs Baking powder
  • 2 Tbs Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ Cup Canola oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • Enough milk to make a batter
  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and add milk to create a batter.
  2. Cook as you would any traditional pancake.
