Ingredients
- Ribs — as many as you can fit in the smoker
- 1/2 cup smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup black pepper
- 1/2 cup kosher salt
- 1/2 cup onion powder
- 1/2 cup garlic powder
- 1/2 cup cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup oregano
- 1/2 cup thyme
- 2 cups canola oil

- Mix into a paste and rub over ribs.
- Lay in a shallow pan and cover with plastic wrap. Let sit two hours at room temperature.
- Smoke ribs at 225 degrees for six hours.
- Brush with brown butter and enjoy.
