Ingredients
- 2 cups of sifted flour
- 1 tsp. Salt
- Mix together 1/2 cup of oil (Mary Lou uses canola oil) and 1/4 cup of cold milk (Mary Lou uses skim)

Directions
- Mix the liquid and add to flour mixture. Stir together with a fork. Finish up blending with hands.
- Cut out 2 sheets of wax paper big enough to cover the size of your pie plate. (Mary Lou uses a 9-inch pie plate).
- Place the ball of dough in the middle of one sheet of wax paper, cover with the other sheet. Press down with hands and then roll out with a rolling pin.
- Remove top sheet of wax paper. Pick up crust on other sheet of wax paper and invert over pie pan. Center it and then peel off the wax paper. Fit into pan, fill with favorite pie filling, and bake.
